One of the artwork at the Sydney Biennale Cockatoo Island

Sydney Biennale

Sydney Biennale is nearly here. Check what’s on at the Biennale and go and enjoy. This year’s installations vary from carnival-themed blimps, a dark underworld from black yarn, and delicate plaster casts of Indian sex workers. It’s on again at various sites but I must admit I love going to The Biennale at Cockatoo Island. The ferry ride adds to the delight of exploring the island. Venues include the MCA, Art Gallery of NSW, Carriageworks and Newtown Library. On from 18 March – 5 June 2016.
